Daniel Laven

A collaborator with PRINCE+PEARCE, Daniel Laven is an associate professor of human geography and chairs the Dept of Tourism Studies and Geography at Mid Sweden University. His research is conducted under the auspices of the university's European Tourism Research Institute (ETOUR), a leading tourism research environment in Northern Europe.

David Prince

David Prince is a business planner and cultural project strategist with over thirty years experience of innovative working with public, private and charity sector clients on a range of projects internationally. As a founding director of PRINCE+PEARCE, he specialises in the definition, visioning, planning and promotion of cultural sector projects ranging from museums and archaeological sites to nature reserves and public urban spaces. He has led and manged complex teams in the delivery of multi-faceted projects, many involving either threatened or protected landscapes. As a Visiting Professor at University College London, he maintains a strong academic commitment to the way people perceive their environment and plan their futures particularly in places, such as the Balkans and the Middle East, which involve contested places or environments under stress.

Simon Pearce
