Brandon is the CEO of Priority Power Management and has served on the board since 2019. Brandon was the past co-founder of MP2 Energy, an industry-leading electricity and services platform company, sold to Shell Energy North America in 2017, and former Founder and Managing Partner for Teleios Commodities. Brandon is a serial entrepreneur in the energy industry and has been responsible for the creation of two energy services businesses and two commodity trading hedge funds. Brandon began his career as the former head of electricity trading at Credit Suisse and Sumitomo. He is the recipient of "Top 10 Energy Deal of the Year" by Energy Risk Magazine. He is regularly sought out by government officials, market participants, and consumers to discuss the energy marketplace. Brandon has a passion for building teams based on continuous communication and transparent incentives and is mechanically minded for creating measurable results and returns for his investors.

Joe Loner - CFO

Joe Loner is the Chief Financial Officer of Priority Power. Joe brings over 15 years of finance experience and began his career at General Electric as part of its prestigious Financial Management Program, followed by roles of increasing responsibility at AES, TPG-backed Nexeo Solutions, Panda Power Funds, and was most recently at GridLiance, a Blackstone-owned startup independent transmission company where he was directly involved in its sale to NextEra Energy in 2021. As CFO, Joe collaborates with Priority's senior management team and Board providing his insights into the strategic vision and tactical execution of Priority Power's growth, profitability, and capital raising initiatives. He is charged with building and leading a world-class team accountable for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial activities in the organization. Joe is the winner of the "D" Magazine's 2020 Outstanding FP&A award where he was recognized for his role in guiding GridLiance through the credit rating process for the first time and received industry-leading ratings. He graduated with honors from The University of Kansas earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Business Administration. He has also completed the Emerging Leaders Program at the University of Virginia - Darden Graduate School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) as recognized by the AICPA.

John J. Bick - Chairman, Chief Commercial Officer

John Bick is the Chairman and Chief Commercial Officer of Priority Power, a leading Texas-based independent energy management consulting services firm. John has 28 years of energy experience. He joined our team in 2003 and leads the strategy and business development of the firm, as well as providing hands-on expertise to large clients. Prior to joining Priority Power, he was previously Director of Strategic Business Development for TXU Energy, where he was responsible for identifying and developing multi-million-dollar, comprehensive energy management and outsourcing engagements across North America. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Texas Tech University and has completed Executive Management Programs at Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Katherine Graham - CTO

Katherine brings over 20 years of experience in the energy industry supporting technology for businesses in the wholesale, retail, and environmental/sustainability arenas. Prior to coming to Priority Power, Katherine served as Executive Vice President of Technology at Shell Energy(previously MP2 Energy). Katherine joined Shell Energy in 2018 to prepare the company for growth across all its retail business lines. She spent the last four years creating a highly scalable, automated, and digital retail business. This included evaluating and implementing technology projects for billing, pricing, forecasting, risk management, data platforms, asset management, CRM tools, customer portals, and operational automation. Katherine started her career in energy on the front lines managing generation assets in ERCOT for Aquila, a deregulated utility. She then spent 15 years in Silicon Valley working at APX developing software for wholesale scheduling, settlements, and environmental REC and carbon offset registries. Katherine thrives on understanding the business first and foremost so that all technology strategies align and propel a business forward.
