Cesar Ortiz is a registered architect in New York State and associate with RTSPCPinnacle. He was educated at the New York Institute of Technology, NY, and received his Bachelor of Architecture degree, with distinction, Dean's Award for Excellent in Architecture, Tau Sigma Delta Honor Society in Architecture, and NYIT President's Honor List. Cesar was the recipient of the ACE Mentor Scholarship, the Peter and Jane Romano Scholarship, and the NYIT Merit Scholarship. With the firm since 2017, Cesar is fluent in English and Spanish.

GEORGE CHO

Managing Principal and Partner of RTSPCPinnacle, George Cho, Jr. received B.Arch and BS.Arch degrees from The City University of New York School of Architecture, and has been in the profession since 1989. He has managed numerous projects in both design and construction settings, including design-build delivery of high-end facilities. His projects include technical laboratory and healthcare facilities, residential and commercial buildings, office spaces, and a wide range of domestic and international projects. George is extensively involved in sustainability, energy and environmental design. A member of the US Green Building Council, Mr. Cho is involved in building integration of sustainable sites, water efficiencies, energy and atmospheric impacts, responsible use of materials and resources, and a proponent for indoor environmental quality. George is an instructor in AutoCad, SketchUp, and Photoshop.

H. MAURA SORDO

Design Principal and Partner of RTSPCPinnacle, Maura Sordo was educated at Syracuse University, recipient of the Walter T. James Memorial Scholarship, and received a BFA in Interior Design (Dean's List). She is a nationally qualified Interior Designer (NCIDQ) and has been the principal designer for numerous residential, office, laboratory, educational and healthcare facilities, that have been realized throughout the United States, Europe, South America and China. In 1987 Maura was winner of the Annual SOURCE Awards National Lighting Design Competition. Since 1994, Maura has served as a mentor for the ACE Mentor Organization, a non-profit educational organization that serves high school youth who are exploring careers in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering.

Miyuki Masumoto

Miyuki Masumoto is a passionate Senior Designer for RTSPCPinnacle, with many years of design and business experience in corporate, residential, and commercial projects. A fine-arts graduate from Osaka University of the Arts, Osaka, Japan, Miyuki possesses skills in management, interior and textile design. She is creative, hardworking, espousing a philosophy for creation of spaces that merge functionality and design in balance and harmony with the people that inhabit them. Ms Masumoto's specialties are in hospitality, commercial, residential and corporate design. With the firm since 2008, Miyuki is fluent in Japanese and English.

ROBERT T. SUTTER - Founder, President

Robert Sutter, the Firm's President and founder, was educated at the Cooper Union School of Architecture, Pratt Institute and received specialized training at the Harvard School of Public Health for Laboratory Design, Harvard Graduate School of Design for Daylighting in Buildings, and University of Texas at Arlington Building Professional Institute. In practice since 1977, and a nationally qualified architect (NCARB), he is registered in CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, IL, MA, MO, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, TX, and VA. Mr. Sutter is a member of the American Institute of Architects, International Code Council, and for 15 years was course leader for The American Management Association. Following the 1993 terrorist attack at New York's World Trade Center, Mr. Sutter led the team that created advanced photo luminescent way-finding and emergency exit designs, which proved vitally important for the lives saved during the September 11, 2001 attack.
