Anna grew up in southeast Michigan before making the cross country move to Arizona with her fiancé in 2020. Anna graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor's degree in psychology before beginning a career in social work that stemmed from her passion to educate, care, and provide for those in need within her community. After spending years in the social work field, Anna decided to transition to Real estate where she earned an opportunity to be the Director of Operations for Wood & Rise Real Estate Group. Her attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot, and make the team operate as seamlessly and cohesively as possible has made her a top notch asset to the team. When Anna isn't creating systems, working on social media, and organizing events, you will find her outside exploring new trails or shopping at farmers markets. She is a major dog lover and is a dog mom of two. Her compassion for others, approach to operations, and her ability to spark up conversations with strangers are just a few of the reasons why she is an unparalleled team member. This role in real estate has been a perfect blend of her strengths while allowing her to continue her passion of helping others.

Originally from the beautiful Black Hills area in South Dakota, Brittney took the leap 4 years ago and moved to Arizona with her two kids and husband. Shortly after moving to Arizona she decided to get her real estate license. She quickly realized that her passion was actually in the behind-the-scenes area of real estate. She is the transaction coordination boss! Brittney loves all things plant related and is very passionate about seeing them thrive and grow! She is also a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur. She loves exploring new coffee shops and trying the local favorites. Brittney's success in real estate comes from her attention to detail, organization, and her ability to shift and navigate in the ever-changing real estate world!
