Aimee manages everything social media from home while looking after her young children, however you can see her within the cafe on weekends helping serve and greeting customers. In her spare time Aimee enjoys going for meals and spending time with her daughter, son and partner.
Shue is our resident barista and has been at Rustic Rhubarb since its very first day. You will find her taking orders and making amazing coffee. Shue studied photography at UAL and loves photography and the arts in general. In her spare time she loves to read, go to shows, theatre and gigs .

Darren has been a chef since leaving school , he spent 26 years in the Army reaching the rank of Warrant Officer . He has honed his skills as a chef sometimes in the harshest environments, catering all over the world, feeding the soldiers whilst in operations abroad and in the UK. Emma loves to bake and enjoys creating amazing cakes. Her goal is to make Vegan and Gluten free cakes that taste as good as regular cakes!
