Soo Marine Supply, Inc was formed in 2003 and is owned by Sharon and Darwin J. "Joe" McCoy and has been converted from a Company owned entity to a privately owned retail supplier. The operation has a long history on the Sault Ste. Marie waterfront. It was previously owned by Great Lakes Fleet and prior to that by U.S. Steel and Pittsburgh Steamship. It is now privately owned and operated to sell galley, deck and engineering supplies to vessels passing through the St. Mary's River or conducting port visits to various ports in the Great Lakes region... Soo Marine Supply provides a wide array of services from remote ordering, around-the-clock service and time saving, on-the-fly delivery in the St. Mary's River system. This is what makes us totally unique in our field!... We provide ships with essential food and supplies they need when they pass through the world's busiest waterway!
