Chad is Sycamore Insurance Associates' vice president working with Commercial Property & Casualty and Group Benefit accounts. He specializes primarily in the healthcare, social service, manufacturing and agricultural industries. Chad holds licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance in Indiana and Illinois. He works directly with customers to develop appropriate risk management strategies that are tailored to their specific needs. Chad has assisted employers in setting up partially and fully self-insured workers' compensation programs and takes a proactive approach when working with his customers. A Terre Haute native, he graduated from Indiana State University with majors in Insurance & Risk Management and Business Administration.
Chris specializes in commercial insurance and Employee Benefit plans. He is Level 1 certified by the American Society for Nondestructive Testing to do infrared scans for loss control purposes, including detecting conditions such as water infiltration, mold and energy loss. He has more than 30 years of agency experience in the insurance industry, including agency ownership and serving as a vice president with a large agency.

Donald T. Scott, President, has been involved in the insurance business since 1986 and is a fourth-generation Insurance Producer dating back to 1932. That was the year Scotty's great-grand father, Adam Miller started what would eventually become the Miller-Templeton-Scott Insurance Agency. In 1963, Scotty's father, Donald W. Scott, joined the agency and would later become President of the successor agency Sycamore Agency, Inc. in 1970. Those agencies built their reputations on customer service, great people and a strong commitment to the community they served.
Scotty opened Sycamore Insurance Associates in 2011. He has been involved in the insurance agency business since graduating from Indiana University in 1986 with a bachelor's degree in Business Accounting. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation, the highest designation in the industry. Prior to Sycamore Insurance Associates he worked for Indiana's largest retail insurance agency and held positions such as Regional President, Chief Operating Officer and Account Executive. Scotty is a lifelong resident of Terre Haute and is currently serving as Vice Chairman of the Union Health System board. He also serves on the boards of Union Health Foundation, Vigo County Education Foundation, VNA/Hospice of the Wabash Valley, and is past President and member of the Downtown Terre Haute Rotary Club. He and his wife Anna have six children and they enjoy keeping up with all the kid's activities.

Leah has extensive experience in the insurance business with over 35 years as an employee benefit specialist. She is holds CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) designation. Leah brings a wealth of Employee benefit knowledge to Sycamore Insurance Associates. She is a graduate of Indiana State University.
Megan specializes in personal and small commercial insurance clients. She has six years of experience at the agency level. She holds property and casualty as well as life and health licenses in Indiana. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Insurance and Risk Management from the Scott College of Business, Indiana State University.

Robin has 25 years past customer service and logistics experience in insurance and with a Fortune 500 consumer products company where she was an internal ISO auditor and Kepner Tregoe facilitator. Graduating from Ivy Tech University in 2001 with a degree in computer information systems, she began working for one of Indiana's largest retail insurance agencies as licensing and contracting administrator. She has experience with commercial insurance customer service specializing in contractors, racing and manufacturing risks. She has been involved in the past with United Way fundraising and her local athletic booster group as secretary and treasurer

She joins our agency with 4 years of personal insurance experience and holds state licenses for Property, Casualty, Life & Health Insurance.
