Project Sales Agent Ben Wilson may have only lived in Canberra for four years, but he's already passionate about his adopted hometown and an award-winning project marketer. In fact, he's just about perfectly placed to sell Canberrans a little slice of the city they love.
For Ben, his role with The Property Collective encapsulates everything that is truly important to him about real estate. He's supremely enthusiastic about the new home market, thanks to the rewarding nature of work that directly contributes to the future growth and shape of the ACT.
Bringing a full tank of energy, genuine excitement and a hefty dose of humour to his role, Ben prides himself on creating a clear client journey and helping them visualise what will come to be. Building lasting relationships is fundamental to success for Ben-his ultimate goal is to become his clients' go-to when the time comes to grow their property portfolio.
Prior to kickstarting his career in real estate, Ben enjoyed a long career in fashion retail; working in senior international positions for some of the largest players in the global fashion industry in markets such as Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Ben credits this experience with the development of a more fluid management style, as he adapted techniques based on cultural nuances, as well as his obsession with delivering the absolute best experiences for clients.
Outside of his career, Ben certainly isn't short of hobbies and interests. He's previously volunteered in the Bonsai Room at The National Arboretum, loves to ski, adores cooking, his family and cavoodle Murphy and reckons he makes the best roast potatoes in the world.

Kyra Russell brings an impressively diverse career history to her role as Property Management Executive with the Collective. Expertise in communication, sales, marketing and building relationships in industries as varied as retail, hospitality, the Defence Force, telecommunications and the public service, combined with a keen interest in property led Kyra to pursue a career in the real estate industry.
With an open-minded and positive approach to work, as well as meticulous attention to detail and a skill for thorough planning, Kyra's role will look after leasing properties, preparing properties for tenancy and providing support to the Collective's relationship managers. As an award-winning team member in both the retail and telecommunications industries, Kyra's keen to have the opportunity to put her communication skills to good use in her role at The Property Collective.
And when it comes to extra curriculars, Kyra has no shortage of passions and talents - having represented the Australian Indigenous team in netball as a teenager, plus a seriously diverse range of hobbies. From water skiing, trapshooting and camping to fishing, 4WDing and getting her fill of cute canine cuddles from her beloved dog, Kyra's adventurous spirit thrives off spending time doing the things she loves with family and friends.

Business Development Manager Mahir Samsam is an expert negotiator who loves building fruitful client relationships; skills which align perfectly with the focus of his role at the Collective, where he'll be connecting with, educating, and helping anyone who is looking to begin, or grow, their investment portfolio.
With a varied career in personal training, remedial massage and sales to date, Mahir's success is underpinned by his ability to get to the core of his clients' expectations and motivations - meaning he can tailor his advice to suit their situation. With a firm belief in the future of the Canberra real estate market, Mahir will be bringing the work ethic, focus and impressive client service skills that he learnt in his tenure selling cars during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, to The Property Collective.
When he's not in the office, Mahir can be found enjoying a range of hobbies, including training at the gym, kicking it on the lounge with a movie, exploring Canberra walks with his partner, keeping up to date with the latest trends in the tech world and eyeing off watches that he can't (yet!) afford.
