Debra Langley has deep experience in fashion, retail and technology. She is a Venture Partner with Lyra Ventures, a Singapore-based fund investing globally in B2B solutions and new commerce models that are transforming the fashion/retail industry. Beyond her investment work, Debra is an advisor to early stage and established enterprises. She sits on the Advisory Board of DesignSingapore Council, Singapore's national agency for design, is a member of the NRF Innovation Advisory Committee, and lends her expertise to several pioneering tech ventures that are reimagining fashion and popular culture. Throughout her career, Debra has worked with both global businesses and startups. She was the founder of an omnichannel retail venture specializing in contemporary Asian fashion brands, and she has served as President, DKNY JEANS International, leading the business in all non-U.S. markets, and President APAC for Borderlinx, a global ecommerce enabler. Earlier, in partnership with philanthropist Michael Milken, she was a co-founder of an online health and wellness platform, and she held a business development position in New York for the international division of the Hearst Corporation. Kiowan Jones serves as a Coordinator on WRAP's compliance team. He is responsible for reviewing audit reports submitted by our accredited monitoring partners. He also manages application inquiries and processing as well as post-certification correspondence with facilities. Raised in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Kiowan is a registered tribal member of the state's distinguished Choctaw Nation. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics and is a Gates Millenium Scholar. He was also captain of the university's rugby team, and now plays recreational rugby in the Washington D.C. area.

Margaret Blair

Margaret Blair is an economist whose scholarship focuses on management, law, and finance. She joined the Vanderbilt Law School faculty in 2004 as part of the team supporting the Law and Business program and retired with "Emerita" status in 2020. Professor Blair previously served on the faculty of Georgetown University Law Center as a Sloan Visiting Professor and as Research Director for the Sloan-GULC Project on Business Institutions, from 2000 through June 2004. Prior to that, she was a Senior Fellow in the Economic Studies Program at the Brookings Institution, where she wrote about corporate governance and the role of human capital in corporations. She has published numerous books and articles on team production and the legal structure of business organizations, legal issues in the governance of supply chains, the legal concept of corporate "personhood," the problem of excessive leverage in financial markets, and the culture of boards of directors. Her article with the late Prof. Lynn A. Stout, "A Team Production Theory of Corporate Law," Virginia Law Review, March 1999, is one of the ten most frequently cited articles ever published on corporate law. Her scholarship and commentaries have appeared in numerous professional journals and essay collections, including The Oxford Handbook of Human Capital (Oxford, 2011) and The Research Handbook on the Economics of Corporate Law (Edward Elgar, 2012). She served on the board of directors of Sonic Corp from 2000 to 2006. Professor Blair holds a B.A. in journalism from the University of Oklahoma (1973) and an M.A., M.Phil. and PhD. in economics from Yale University (1989).

Michael Gilson is an international retail executive with over 30 years in the fashion, apparel, and home industry. Michael is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Portmeirion Group North America. Portmeirion Group PLC, headquartered in the United Kingdom, are owner, designer, manufacturer, and omni-channel retailer leading homeware brands in global markets. Prior to joining Portmeirion Michael founded Cormac Advisory Services LLC, offering a full range of consulting services to retail, e-commerce, and wholesale businesses, including end-to-end product development and sourcing capabilities. He also served as Vice President of Private Brands, Strategy, and Global Sourcing Operations for Hudson's Bay Company (parent of Saks Fifth Avenue, and Hudson's Bay Canada). Mr. Gilson served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Smart Apparel US, a men's fashion, and wholesale company. Mr. Gilson worked for over 20 years in May Department Stores International, where he advanced to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Bill Reese is the CEO Emeritus of IYF. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of IYF in January 2005. He first joined IYF in May 1998 as its Chief Operating Officer. He provides leadership and oversight for managing the Foundation's operations and programs supporting positive youth development in more than 70 countries and territories. Bill has served on the Advisory Committee on Voluntary Foreign Aid since 1991. He was appointed chair by the Administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and served 9 years, the longest-serving chair in the 60-year history of this Federal Advisory Commission. Before joining IYF, Bill was President/CEO for 12 years of Partners of the Americas, the largest citizen-run, voluntary organization working to promote economic and social development in the western hemisphere. Bill served for 10 years with the Peace Corps, first as a volunteer in an urban community development project in Salvador, Brazil, and later director of Brazil operations. He was deputy director of the Latin American and Caribbean Region before heading a special task force that managed the international celebration of the Peace Corps' 20th anniversary in 1981. Bill served as chairman of the board of InterAction, the association of 160 U.S. non-profits working in international development assistance and humanitarian relief, and continues on its board. He serves on the boards of Episcopal Relief and Development, Women's Edge Coalition, and the Basic Education Coalition. Previously he served on the boards of the Independent Sector, Eureka Communities, Amigos de las Americas, the Brazilian American Cultural Institute, the Alliance for International Educational and Cultural Exchange, the Washington Office on Latin America (WOLA), the International Development Conference, the Rondon-Roosevelt Center (in Rio de Janeiro), Fundación para la Educación Superior/USA, COLEAD (Coalition for American Leadership Abroad), ChildHope International, and the Friends of the Art Museum of the Americas (OAS). He was vice-chair of the Debt for Development Coalition and Finance for Development, Inc. Bill is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He is a Woodrow Wilson National Fellow lecturing on Latin American affairs, foreign policy, and development issues. A Dean's List graduate of Stanford University in 1970, Bill majored in political science and Latin American relations. He did graduate work at the George Washington University's School of International and Public Affairs and taught U.S. diplomatic history. He attended the Stanford Executive Program at the Graduate School of Business in 1995. He resides in Washington, D.C., with his wife and four children.
