Amy Taylor

Experience matters and Amy has spent the last decade committed to excellence in service delivery and support across multiple populations and referral sources. Amy has provided direct care and support, case management, program administration, development and management. As a mom to a child with a disability she understands the importance of transitional-age support and developing a framework for success. Amy is experienced in assessment and discovery services and can help anyone explore the world of work and develop a plan that suits them. Whether you are looking for work for the first time, finding a new career post injury, or working to manage your health while finding a career that lets you be healthy and happy - Amy and her team are here for you. Amy has a Masters of Science in Human Development with an emphasis in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from South Dakota State University. Amy serves on the Board of Directors for the following organizations

Laura Frailey

Job Titles:

Laura has spent the last 20 years serving those working toward finding employment. She has provided services as a Job Coach, Employment Specialist, Vocational Case Manager, Vocational Evaluator, Vocational Coordinator for a variety of private and public organizations and serves as a Vocational Expert for the Social Security Administration. Laura is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and maintains her certification through continuing education; keeping her up to date on the best practices available. Laura's specialty is assessing what an individual needs and collaborating with employers, service providers and referral sources. Laura is the member of the Ohio Chapter of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals and was past president of the Michigan Chapter of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals. Laura has a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Bowling Green State University.

Paul Hollander

Paul joins You Belong as the Director of Community Development and has spent the last seven years working in various roles in the Vocational Rehabilitation field. He has worked as a job developer, Vocational Rehabilitation Coordinator, Vocational Rehabilitation Supervisor and Rehabilitation Manager. Paul has demonstrated the ability to work well with individuals of all abilities and age groups. He brings extensive knowledge of OOD services along with understanding the needs of individuals and a commitment to excellence in service delivery. Paul holds a Master's Degree in Education from Kent State University. Paul is also a member of the Employment Collaborative of Cuyahoga County and has taken an active role in supporting individuals and businesses.

Shelby Wyant

Shelby has several years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and seniors managing mental health, behavioral health, substance abuse and financial concerns. Shelby has experience in service planning, group counseling, psychiatric care, case management, independent living and providing community linkages. Shelby is passionate about creating communities full of collaborative resources to help each individual thrive. Shelby has a Bachelor's Degree in Education and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling at Kent State University.
