Our program meets organizers where they're at, and offers any combination of services based on specific event needs and County resource availability... Washtenaw County's Solid Waste Division offers resources and education to implement composting and recycling at special events in the community through the Zero Waste Washtenaw program!... Our staff includes professionals in the fields of stormwater system operations, public administration, financing, accounting, drain special assessing, engineering, construction management, environmental planning, geographic information system technology, and more.
