Mr. Yuchen Xia is an accomplished investment management professional with over a decade of experience in driving corporate performance by leading and executing in key organisational functions. Mr. Xia began his career as a multi-asset portfolio manager at BlackRock's European headquarters in London, UK, where he was responsible for managing investment portfolios across a variety of strategies for some of the firm's largest institutional clients in the EMEA region. In 2015, Mr. Xia joined the UK operation of Moneyfarm, one of the leading digital investment managers in Europe, as a senior portfolio manager, where he built and developed the company's investment capability as well as managed Moneyfarm's various strategic partnerships. Mr. Xia received an MMath degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Oxford University. He is also an Chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI). Yumian Lu, CFA, Partner Ms Lu is a seasoned investment professional with 13 years of experience. She spent 11 years at BlackRock Investment Management in London, UK, where she was a Director and senior product strategist within the Portfolio Management Group. In this role, Ms Lu was instrumental in growing the firm's global bond business.
