Before entering into the retail industry; where he has been for the last five years, Charlie worked as a full-time youth worker until unfortunately the charity he worked for went into liquidation. He continued to work part time in his youth work alongside his role within retail. In all of his roles Charlie has always been recognised and praised for his excellent customer service skills and takes pride in providing the highest quality of service in every situation.
Charlie provides admin support to the team and is studying for his mortgage and protection qualifications.

Steve is a co-director and the wealth adviser within the practice. Steve also provides advice on mortgage and protection and has worked in the broker and financial industry for nearly 12 years. He spent many years at Bupa and then worked with a number of brokerage companies dealing with protection and health insurance for both individuals and companies.
