Arnaud Martinez is a results-driven leader with 20 years of experience in the aviation industry with extensive knowledge of fixed and rotorcraft operations, training, maintenance, airworthiness, quality, security and safety. He is a dedicated post holder and airline pilot with extensive experience in AOC certification, delivery and company set up with full scope of services.
Between 2006 and 2019, Arnaud held various leadership positions in Gama International Saudi Arabia, Al Salem International Aviation, Liza Transport International and Air Service Gabon/ Air Affairs Gabon. Arnaud joined The Helicopter Comapany in 2019 appointed as Chief Operating Officer and became Chief Executive Officer in 2020, the position he currently holds.
Since 2022, Arnaud serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Rotortrade.

Aurélien Blanc has more than 20 years of international business experience in managerial and entrepreneurial capacities in various industries. He has held several management roles in the helicopter industry namely, VP Sales & Support in Eurocopter South East Asia (now Airbus Helicopters Southeast Asia) and before joining Rotortrade, CEO at Safran Helicopter Engines Asia.
Aurélien has a strong track record of building successful and creative teams driving commercial growth. He has consistently achieved results through organizational development and by building positive long term partnerships with customers and suppliers alike. Since 2015, he has been committed to making Rotortrade the most trusted & innovative helicopter distributor, first as Managing Partner and from 2022 as Executive Vice President of Global Sales.
Simultaneously, Aurélien currently serves as Board Member of Rotortrade.

Fahd H. Cynndy is a distinguished transformational leader whose career focus has been on unleashing the potential of organizations and their people. Fahd's experience and achievements span 20 years in the energy, aerospace, and new business development sectors.
As a leader, Fahd's ability to forge ‘win/win' partnerships, cultivate talent, and lead with vision have been central to his ever-growing track record of execution and delivering on expectations. His leadership style is well-known for the loyalty it inspires, and the legacy of resilience, business acumen and innovation that he embeds in organizations.
In 2021, Fahd accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer at Saudia Aerospace Engineering Industries (SAEI) a world-class maintenance, repair and overhaul entity, and subsidiary of the SAUDIA Group. To amplify his contribution to the aviation sector and to the region, with a focus on meaningful growth beyond short-term value realization, Fahd serves in a leadership capacity on a select number of Boards. Fahd is the Chairman of Rotortrade and the Vice Chairman of The Helicopter Company , both Public Investment Fund companies, the Chairman of Gulf Flight Safety Association, and the Chairman of the Middle East Propulsion Company Ltd. (MEPC). Additionally, Fahd is an Executive Board member for Saudi Ground Services, and board member of Saudi Amad for Airport Services and Transportation Support.

Muhammad Ovais brings 20 years of experience in the fields of managing and executing listed and private equity investments, and undertaking privatization and M&A transactions.
Muhammad began his career at Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Associate of Transaction Advisory Services. From 2010 to 2017, he was Senior Vice President of Private Equity & Investment Banking at Jadwa Investment. Since 2018, Muhammad has held various management positions at the Public Investment Fund including Vice President, Senior Vice President and Director. In 2021, Muhammad was appointed- Head of Aviation and Security Sector.
Besides the Public Investment Fund, Muhammad serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of different companies: Board Member at Rotortrade, Board Member at GDC Middle East, Board Member at The Helicopter Company, Member of the Board at TAQNIA, Board Member at SAFE KSA and Chairman of the Board at FindMyAdventure.

Philippe Lubrano is a born leader and natural deal maker with 30 years of experience in the helicopter industry. From his early days at Aérospatiale (now Airbus Helicopters) to setting up several successful Aerospace companies around the world, Philippe has proven his international and multi-cultural management skills. Philippe's success can be routed to his unique focus on human capital development. Within his 19 years in Airbus Helicopters, he held multiple roles at a global level in customer service & business development capacities, founder and CEO of Airbus Helicopters Malaysia from 2002-2007 and finally Airbus Helicopters VP for South East Asia.
Additionally, Philippe is the Senior Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Weststar Aviation Group and a Member of the Board of Directors at Rotortrade.
