Laura's specialities include almond croissant and sausage rolls, sourdough loaves and specialty breads such as olive, walnuts and brioche. She loves experimenting and the range of products will change regularly with the seasons and experimentations!... Our micro bakery is based in Crowborough and only uses organic flours, free range eggs, locally sourced milk and other high quality ingredients such as Callebaut chocolate...
