As the SVP of Credit, Collections and BPO with Allied Dynamic Search, Paula is focused on full cycle recruiting and the on-boarding process from domestic to international territories. She's dedicated to building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. She's an expert in the collections and call center management industries and has successfully placed top talent across a broad range of industry specific positions that include managers, VPs, IT/Dialer professionals, analysts, attorneys, sales executives, HR and accounting professionals, CIOs, CFOs, COOs & CEOs. She is committed to providing candidates that excel in their skill set to companies that possess a strong reputation in the industry. Paula's career started with United Airlines as a Flight Attendant and after 15 years of being in the air, she decided it was time to put her feet on the ground and took a position as an Administrative and Operational Coordinator. Several years later, she became the Administrative Supervisor for the Flight Attendants. Her experience is diversified in all aspects of human resource management such as training, interviewing, dependability, benefit administration, employee relocation, workers' compensation, and as a hearing officer/arbitrator between union and company disputes. Although Paula retired in 2006 from United Airlines, she knew there was another chapter to pursue. An opportunity presented itself and she's now entering 14 years of tenure in the recruiting industry. She continues to be passionate in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Paula has been married for 43 years and has raised four sons. She gets the most enjoyment from her 6 grandchildren. She enjoys walking/jogging with her Labradoodle (Sheba), swimming, health foods, and decorating her home in Tampa.
