Billy Spingola is the Director of Communications and responsible for Box Programming with Alpha Lacrosse. Spingola's prior coaching experience includes over 10 years of coaching at all age levels. He was the Head Defensive Coach at Kettle Moraine High School from 2015 - 2019, where the team won the Wisconsin State Championship in 2016, 2017, and 2019. Spingola was also the Director of Operations with Legends Lacrosse, which is now part of Alpha Lacrosse.As a player, Spingola was the defensive points leader in Illinois for the 2012 & 2013 seasons, was 4x 1 st team all conference, 1x all-state defenseman in the state of Illinois with Saint Viator Highschool. He received collegiate offers from several NCAA Division I, II, and III teams, attended Marquette University. Additionally, Spingola played forward for the Chicago Outlaws junior box team.

Michael Storts

With eight years of college coaching experience and four at the D1 level, Michael Storts joins the Alpha club as one of the state's most experienced instructors. Working under Team USA coach Joe Amplo, Storts assisted in Marquette's back-to-back Big East championship teams and played central roles in scouting, recruiting, and defensive development. He assisted the Eagles to a top-10 ranking and wins over #1 Denver and #5 Villanova, while graduating 15 All Big East honorees, three Team USA players and seven future pros. A homegrown player and coach, Michael Storts came to Marquette from Verona High School, where he led the Wildcats to four state championships, mentoring three WI player of the year winners and 14 All-State selections. 13 of his defensemen would go on to play college lacrosse. From 2011-2014, he served as head men's coach at the University of Wisconsin, guiding the Badger MCLA team to two conference championships and earning the conference coach of the year award. Storts was an All-America defenseman and two-time captain at the University of Minnesota, graduating in 2010 with degrees in coaching psychology and management. In high school, he captained the Verona Wildcats to a 43-5 record and two state championships. He was a high school All-American, two-time All-State selection, and the WI defensive player of the year. A leader in the Milkmen and Team Amplify clubs for ten years, Storts serves as our director of player development and the college recruiting liason for Alpha. He coaches the 2021 Alpha Premier team and Milwaukee Youth Futures.

Mike Reiter

Mike Reiter is the Director of Skill Development and Youth Development with Alpha Lacrosse and a coach with St. Johns Northwestern Academy boy's lacrosse program. Reiter's prior coaching experience includes serving as the Head Coach of Waunakee High School from 2015 - 2019, where he was selected as Badgerland Conference Coach of the Year in 2018. The team was the Badgerland Conference Champion in 2017 and 2018, and the State Champion Runner-Up in 2017 and 2018. Additionally, Reiter is the Founder and Director of War Eagle Lacrosse club program, which is now merged into Alpha Lacrosse. As a lacrosse player, Reiter played for Colorado State University from 1987-1990, was named Midfielder of the Year in 1988,1989 and 1990 and was inducted into the CSU Hall of Fame in 2011. Additionally, Reiter played for Team Colorado from 1987-1996.
