AnalyticsWeek is a big data analytics professional and business community driven programs to improve recruitment, partnership and community engagement... [dropcap]S[/dropcap]tarted with a meet up chapter started in 2013, enabling businesses and technology professionals to interact with each another around data and analytics. Additionally, this addressed the growing concern of the business community on the lack of knowledge surrounding ‘big data'. The meet ups therefore reiterated confidence amongst technology professionals as they understood data analytics from a business's perspective. The outpouring support and the consequent hike in demand compelled us to create a weeklong conference that would bring the data community together. The aim of this conference was to discuss the current trends in data analytics around 5 knowledge areas/verticals: Data, Health, Finance, Marketing and Talent Analytics.
