(News) In late 2023, the Flemish Government assigned concept grants to five projects as part of the urban renewal call. For two of these concept studies, B was selected to participate in the next phase. B-city was selected for the concept supervision of the Grooten Singel in Turnhout, while B-city and B-juxta are working together for the redevelopment of the Onze-Lieve-Vrouw hospital site in Oudenaarde. Het Arsenaal is to become a new, innovatively interwoven city district with great respect for the past. But what is this 'past'?
