Joining the agency in 2004 in her first real estate role, Andrea Reakes is one of the longest serving, most dedicated and loyal members of the Bailey Property & Livestock team. She's part of the fabric of the Bailey family! A broadly experienced Licensed Real Estate Agent, Andrea started out with the company in reception, working her way up through property management and sales administration roles before pursuing her current position where she oversees livestock and general business administration. Her organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and insightful knowledge of industry processes and practices make Andrea a highly efficient operator. As a long-time local who grew up and went to school in the area, she loves living and working in a small rural community, possessing an intimate knowledge of the region and the wonderful people who choose to make their home here. As a Singleton resident of over 20 years, Molly brings plenty of knowledge and experience to her role as the rural team's Client Services Manager. Having joined the industry in 2014 as part of our Property Management team, Molly has gained a well-rounded understanding of all facets of the property market and is now responsible for the smooth operation of the rural team by providing support to our rural agents, vendors and buyers. A crucial anchor for our team, Molly ensures there is always someone to speak to if our agents are on inspections or out of mobile service.

Nathan Thirkell

A lover of the land with a Certificate in Agriculture (TOCAL), Nathan was a station hand before following his passion into the livestock trade and carving out a successful niche in the Singleton area where he's been a proud local for decades. Having worked in real estate for almost 25 years, Rachel has spent her entire career building up her market knowledge. She's undoubtedly one of the region's most experienced and insightful management professionals, with a deep understanding of the local property landscape. The ability to help both landlords and tenants through some of life's most important moments and have a positive effect on their lives is an aspect of her role that Rachel finds immensely satisfying and rewarding. She loves the variety of properties she has the pleasure of dealing with, from residential and rural to commercial and storage sheds. No day is ever the same, which keeps things fresh and interesting. A resident of Singleton since 2005, Renae has developed an excellent knowledge of the local area and the community.
