Joining the agency in 2004 in her first real estate role, Andrea Reakes is one of the longest serving, most dedicated and loyal members of the Bailey Property & Livestock team. She's part of the fabric of the Bailey family!
A broadly experienced Licensed Real Estate Agent, Andrea started out with the company in reception, working her way up through property management and sales administration roles before pursuing her current position where she oversees livestock and general business administration.
Her organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and insightful knowledge of industry processes and practices make Andrea a highly efficient operator.
As a long-time local who grew up and went to school in the area, she loves living and working in a small rural community, possessing an intimate knowledge of the region and the wonderful people who choose to make their home here. Growing up in a household where property and livestock were common topics of discussion due to their family business, Ava naturally developed an interest in real estate. As a Singleton resident of over 20 years, Molly brings plenty of knowledge and experience to her role as the rural team's Client Services Manager. Having joined the industry in 2014 as part of our Property Management team, Molly has gained a well-rounded understanding of all facets of the property market and is now responsible for the smooth operation of the rural team by providing support to our rural agents, vendors and buyers. A crucial anchor for our team, Molly ensures there is always someone to speak to if our agents are on inspections or out of mobile service.
Nathan Thrikell has been honing his craft as a Livestock Agent since 2004, perfecting the specialised skills and intimate market knowledge required to successfully trade livestock for his valued clients.
A lover of the land with a Certificate in Agriculture (TOCAL), Nathan was a station hand before following his passion into the livestock trade and carving out a successful niche in the Singleton area where he's been a proud local for decades.

As Head of Property Management, Licensed Real Estate Agent Rachel Boyd is charged with the task of seamlessly managing Bailey Property & Livestock's busy Property Management department. Having worked in real estate for almost 25 years, Rachel has spent her entire career building up her market knowledge. She's undoubtedly one of the region's most experienced and insightful management professionals, with a deep understanding of the local property landscape.
The ability to help both landlords and tenants through some of life's most important moments and have a positive effect on their lives is an aspect of her role that Rachel finds immensely satisfying and rewarding.
She loves the variety of properties she has the pleasure of dealing with, from residential and rural to commercial and storage sheds. No day is ever the same, which keeps things fresh and interesting. As testament to Rachel's dedication to her role, she's won numerous awards thoughout the years including RER Network accolades for Property Management Productivity Award for Excellence 2017 (team award) and Property Management Performance Award for Excellence 2018 (team award).

Renae commenced with Bailey in 2017 as a Property Manager and quickly cemented herself as a highly skilled member of the team and ultimately became responsible for the management of all new business prior to focusing on property sales. Renae is now a key member of our residential sales team with a focus on ensuring the sales process is as smooth as possible for vendors and buyers alike.

A passionate rugby league lover, Sarah has played the role of Treasurer at Group 21 Junior Rugby League and Under 13s and 17s team manager for Singleton Junior Rugby League. She is also a general committee member of the Cessnock Motorcross club.
A passionate Aussie rules lover, Sarah has played the role of secretary and Under 11s and 15s team manager for Singleton Roosters AFL Club, along with the AFL NSW Rep coordinator for the Hunter Country. She also volunteers at Singleton Junior Rugby League Club.
