Audrey Boyer

After spending her undergraduate years on the East Coast, Audrey returned to the Pacific Northwest to attend the University of Oregon School of Law because of their environmental law program and her interest in natural resource law. While in law school, Audrey was accepted for an externship at a large law firm in Portland and an internship at the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, Portland Division, which gave her experience with litigation and policy on a wide range of state and federal legal matters. During law school, Audrey represented her school as a member of the Mock Trial Team in the American Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Trial Competition, served as Associate Editor of the Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation, completed an externship at Lane County Circuit Court, and served as an officer of Phi Alpha Delta. After graduating in 2010, Audrey completed a two-year clerkship at the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, Medford Division. Audrey has been a member of the firm since 2020.

Julie Poage

Julie grew up in Douglas County and spent much of her youth outdoors with her father, a local forester. After supporting her husband's military career in the U.S. Navy, Julie returned to Oregon and attended the University of Oregon School of Law. During law school, Julie worked in various legal fields including private civil practice, an internship at the U.S. Attorney's Office, and an externship with the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. Since graduating in 2020, Julie has practiced in both criminal and civil practice.

Nolan Smith

After spending two years advocating for farm policy in Washington D.C. and assisting with the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill, Nolan decided to move closer to his family's western Oregon cattle ranch and pursue his interests in environmental and natural resource law at Lewis & Clark Law School. During law school Nolan externed at the American Forest Resource Council and the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon for the Honorary Judge Simon. He also worked as a law clerk for two different firms, including a summer spent at Dominic's practice in Roseburg. At Lewis & Clark Nolan completed the Western Resources Legal Center practicum.
