Evident Change is a nonprofit that uses data and research to improve systems. We believe our social systems should help people reach their greatest potential, not create barriers to their success... At Evident Change, we believe that to achieve our mission of just and equitable social systems, we must start by creating a just and equitable workplace. Equity work is a practice that takes place internally, interpersonally, organizationally, and at a systems level.
