HealthShare Victoria is a public sector entity provider of procurement and logistics services to Victoria's public health facilities... We work in partnership with our health service customers to understand their product and service needs. We meet these needs by sourcing the goods and services and establishing collective agreements (purchasing contracts) with suppliers through large-scale tenders... Under section 131 of the Health Services Act 1988 (Vic), we administer several compliance-related functions. We also work with health services to assist them to meet their compliance and probity obligations under the Act.
