Engineer Morenikeji Aniye (FNSE) a fellow Nigerian institute of engineer, fellow Nigerian Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineer, fellow Nigerian Institute of Management Consultants and fellow chartered institute of project managers of Nigeria is the Founder/CEO of Hotspot Network Limited. He is a dynamic and talented entrepreneur with many years of experience working at top management level in the major telecom service providers in Nigeria. Prior to setting up his firm, he was at one time the MD/CEO of Abuja Connect, and has worked as one of the pioneer RF planning and Optimisation Engineers, RF Technical Specialist with MTN in Nigeria and South Africa. He owns a first degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering from the University of Ilorin.
He has over 20 years' experience in telecommunications including about 16 years in the design, implementation and quality management of commercial wireless networks at different stages of growth. Also, he has over 16 years emerging market experience in the highly dynamic Nigerian telecommunications market.
His key strengths include management of end to end wireless network solution planning and overall network quality management, resource optimisation, customer relationship management, business development, human capacity development and a high level of technology trend and commercial awareness.
Morenikeji Aniye has attended a number of capacity building and development programs in Asia, Africa, and Europe. He has acquired numerable skills ranging from Management, Technical and Leadership skills while at MTN. Engr. Morenikeji Aniye, hold a traditional title of Aare-Asiwaju from Ilogbo-Ekiti.

Adesola is an Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at Hotspot Network Limited. He has over a decade of experience as a project manager employing global Project Management standards including OUM, Prince2, Agile Sprint and PMP to deliver projects, majorly IT solutions for the educational, financial and telecommunications sector to public and private sector customers.
Adesola started his career at TARA Systems Ltd as Support Analysts and then moved on to head the IT Unit of Denham Management Ltd (now Chapel Hill Denham). He later joined Alteq ICT to manage the eServe program for the administration of former FCT Minister and now former Governor Mallam Nasir el-Rufai in Abuja.
He moved to Verraux Technologies as Head of Operations while managing the Nation-Wide Rollout of the School Access Program - a localized version of the Intel World Ahead initiative supported by the Universal Service Provision Fund with a seed funding of N1 billion, for one of the subsidiaries of Alteq (Technology Support Center); Verraux provided Satellite solutions for delivering online content to secondary schools.
He is a graduate of International Relations from Obafemi Awolowo University (O.A.U) Ile-Ife Osun State Nigeria. He joined MTN Nigeria in 2001 where he worked in billing unit, finance, collections, marketing, and customer relations. He was also part of the startup team that helped start up MTN Iran, in Tehran, Iran.
With over 15 years work experience cross cutting information technology, business development and corporate services, Dominic brings his wealth of experience to head the Human Resource and Administration department at Hotspot Network Limited. Before joining Hotspot, he served as the Head of Human Resources and Administration in a financial institution where he worked for 6 Years .
He has consulted for many establishments both private and public on personnel management and business process improvement matters. Some of such consultancies include study tours on Public Private Partnerships to Dubai and Malaysia for some Directors and staff of Abuja Infrastructure Investment Company (AIIC).
Dominic holds a Bachelors degree in Statistics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and currently pursuing an MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management.
Mr Francis H. Abu is a Non- Executive director at Hotspot Group Limited.
He is a qualified engineer and engineering graduate from Federal University of Technology Minna, Niger State. He was the best graduating student during his set.
He is an entrepreneur per excellence. He has chains of business. He started his stint with the telecoms industry as a pioneer staff of MTN Nigeria in 2002. He is an owner CEO and established Wagitel Group with interest in Power, telecoms, real estate, oil & gas products marketing with strong passion to make the company a world class. Wagitel Group comprises of Wagitel Technologies Limited, Wagitel Nigeria Limited, Wagitel Oil & Gas Ltd and Wagitel Estate Limited.

Korede is the Chief Financial Officer at Hospot Group Limited. He is responsible for the overall finance function. He is an experienced finance professional who started his career in the corporate finance and securities trading practice of GTI Group.
Sequel to his stint at GTI Group, Korede joined the investment banking team of PanAfrican Capital Limited (now PAC Capital Limited) to work on fund raising and M&A transactions summing up to circa $400million in deal value across Africa.
In his term at PAC Capital Limited, Korede worked as Team Lead, Equity Capital Market & Advisory where he spearheaded capital markets and M&A transactions with cumulative transaction value of over $30 He is a masters graduate of Finance & Economics from West Texas A&M University, USA. He has also completed courses at Harvard Business School, Columbia University and University of Pennsylvania.
Mahmoud is the Chief Enterprise Officer at Hotspot Network Limited. He possesses a cumulative 7 years working experience in Telecom, IT, Renewable Energy and Geographic Information System. He started his career with the project management department of Phase3 Telecom as a Project Assistant. He also worked as an IT Support officer with Golden Green Energy Limited. Prior to joining Hotspot Network Limited, Mahmoud worked with Kano Geographic Information System (KANGIS) as the Head of Recovery Unit, charged with responsibility of populating and updating digitized Geo-data; before that he was the GIS Supervisor charged with Data Analysis and Quality Control.
He has an Msc. in Environmental Technology from the University of Wolverhampton, UK and a Bsc. in Business Information Technology from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Malaysia. He also has a diploma and advance diploma in Computing from Informatics Institute, Kazaure, Jigawa as well as a Professional Diploma in Mass Communication from Bayero University, Kano.
Okezie is a Principal Partner at Libera Partners, a Washington DC based Business Development and Strategic Advisory Firm.
Prior to launching Libera, he was a Vice President at Emerging Capital Partners (ECP), where he was part of a team that invested and managed $1.6 billion of private equity funds in emerging markets with a focus on Africa. While at ECP, he co-led and participated in the development and post-investment management of over $200 million portfolio covering Telecommunications, Financial Services, Logistics, Chemical/Industrial Companies, Oil and Gas and Agro-Allied businesses.
Prior to ECP, he was with Exxon Mobil's Upstream Operations in Nigeria. Okezie holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife in Nigeria.
Olatubosun is a Director of Projects at Hotspot Network Limited. He has over 10 years experience in business operations, project administration and delivery especially in the ICT environment with knowledge of negotiation and conflict resolution.Prior to Hotspot Network Limited, he worked as Head of Operations and Business Development Manager in notable companies in the ICT sector. Olatubosun has managed and executed projects in excess of $10 million for ICT infrastructure deployment, broadband connectivity and change management in the Nigerian ICT industry for both private and public institutions within the last decade.
He is an expert negotiator with critical problem-solving skills gathered from years of on the job experience. He holds a B.Sc. degree in International Law and Diplomacy from Babcock University, Ilishan- Remo, Ogun State and has attended several leadership and capacity building workshops in his professional niche.

She has successfully done and managed some IOT projects during her masters and afterwards as an IOT consultant. She possesses skills in robot designs, building and programming skills in C, C#, Python, Arduino.
She did an internship at Nigerian Communication Commission where she worked as an IT support staff. She also worked at Federal inland Revenue Services for her NYSC and a contract staff afterwards in the E-services department.
