Job Titles:
- Northern Logistics Manager
Bill handles pick ups and deliveries at customers' locations and assists in managing and evaluating their inventory. He also drives our long-haul truck between the northwest and the northern California depot in Sacramento. He is a resource to customers, available to be on-site whenever needed for special projects. He also supports our internal team, leveraging his experience in manufacturing and operations. This includes manufacturing press rollers, operating a flexo printing press, and managing production of specialty inks.
Bob Schwartz joined Imperial Rubber Products, Inc. in October 2001.
Mr. Hill commented that "Bob has a tremendous range of industry expertise and contacts that he brings to our company and to our customers. He is a recognized expert relied on by our customers nationwide for process improvement in their operations as coaters, laminators and converters. For many years he has had a very positive impact on the profitable growth of our business, and our ability to increase the range of services we deliver to our customers."
Mr. Schwartz stated, "I'm very appreciative of this recognition and look forward to continuing to work with the excellent people here as we further grow our team, our capabilities, and our ability to do more for our customers."
Further he explained, "We are going to keep up the good things we've got going on. We aim to understand our customer's needs thoroughly and to focus our resources on fulfilling those needs consistently and profitably. That won't change. And as our partners know, we have adopted Lean Manufacturing as a fundamental part of our company's operating philosophy, and we are certainly continuing on that journey."
Bob has over 30 years experience in the roller and associated industries. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our company. The Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Pre-Production and Production teams report to him.

Hector has 25 years experience in the roller industry. He has a quality control background and started at Imperial as our Quality Assurance Manager. He specializes in building precision rolls and in new product development. He is responsible for all quality and manufacturing of outbound product.
Jojo started working for Ron Hill before he started the company. She has 30 years experience in accounting. She is responsible for all Finance, Human Resources and Administrative activities at the company.
Ray has a production and management background spanning 25 years. He specializes in knowing the details of what every customer needs and ensures that their requirements and specifications are accurately incorporated into our internal manufacturing and quality control processes.
Ron Hill, the company's Chief Executive Officer, explained that "this announcement is really just recognition of the job that Bob has been doing superbly for quite some time. As the leader of our customer relationships, Bob has long led the coordination of multiple departments inside our company to make sure we deliver what customers need. This promotion recognizes his track-record of accomplishment and is intended to signal to others the authority within our company that he brings to the table."
Ron started Imperial Rubber Products 25 years ago after almost two decades in the industry. He is responsible for setting the company's strategic direction and ultimately responsible for ensuring that every customer is fully satisfied with every interaction with the company.

Steve is a leading technical authority in the roller industry, with extensive experience in coating and process development. He holds a BA in Engineering Physics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara and a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Steve holds domestic and international patents in his field. He is the technical voice of Imperial and ensures that we have a thorough understanding of customer applications and technical requirements reflected in all our processes.
