Moreno Structural Engineering (MSE) was founded in January of 2014, and has offices in Bakersfield and Visalia. MSE provides services that transcend the traditional "brick & mortar" boundaries of the AEC industry... Our philosophy is to make use of technology so that we can provide Structural Engineering services in a completely mobile environment. MSE sheds the notion that we must be physically in our own office at all times. By being mobile, MSE brings Structural Engineering services to its clients.
