 life skills and opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Greatness starts with a belief that each person has what it takes... Lil E is striving to create a culture of awareness, understanding and ultimately acceptance in our local community and country... It's time to make a change. Lil E is not just a job opportunity.
