At an early age Ben was introduced into the family business. It wasn't long after Ben became a site superintendent at the age of 19 and has then moved from Project manager to recently Vice President.
Ben oversees all aspects of the company's operations and takes a hands-on approach to dealing with all customer projects. Ben has over 9 years of experience in the construction & restoration industry.
Haris joined Mascon as "Financial Controller" in 2022 bringing with him 10 years of experience in the financial industry. Harris has extensive expertise in financial management, portfolio management, risk analysis, reporting & accounting analysis. With an eye for detail and a passion for efficiency, Haris oversees our finance and administrative team. But it's not all about the numbers. His approachable and caring personality helps make accounting tasks slightly less daunting for the rest of us.
Jaydon is a restoration expert who specializes in restoring people's properties back to their original or better condition. His reputation in Kingston and area is for positive communication and top-quality work. He is known for his workmanship that balances out-of-the-box problem solving with quality construction, which is exactly what has brought success to Mascon Restorations. You can find Jaydon on almost all ongoing projects in Eastern Ontario and most times giving a helping hand to staff on sites.
Jeff brings 40 years of experience and an eye for detail to Mascon. He is responsible for major estimating and operations management. Jeff began Mascon in 2014 with himself and now is responsible for over 20 employees. Jeff began working on underground parking garages and low-rise condominiums before moving on to bigger commercial jobs. His genuine interest and passion for the industry are evident to all who associate with him.

Jonathan joined Mascon in 2020 and specializes in the field of building sciences and building restoration. A former Consultant himself, His background gives him a valuable understanding of construction project management and the needs of stakeholders - an asset for implementing any project. Jonathan is responsible for the performance of all ongoing projects, including costs, schedule, quality and project status. He has an impressive ability of coordinating trades, developing partnerships, and building positive rapport with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors and clients, while also maintaining all project deliverables.
Caring, thoughtful, and genuine is Josie in a nutshell. She approaches client projects with a vision for collaborative win-win scenarios that help everyone achieve their goals. She's got a great sense of humor and loves to laugh while getting things done right. Josie supports our busiest project managers providing an extra set of eyes and ears on complicated projects. Her professional & pro-active nature helps keep things under control and moving forward.
Mark joined Mascon in late 2021 and brings over 25 years of construction experience. It was during his high school years when he developed a passion for the construction industry while working as a labourer on a commercial construction site where he had the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the industry and get his hands dirty. Nowadays, Mark remains passionate about assisting in the development of buildings and delivering quality work to his valued clients. Coordinating, budgeting, and scheduling are his main areas of expertise, while his personal credo is defined by his devotion to positivity, professionalism, and having fun along the way. In fact, in both his professional and personal life, Mark always tackles every challenge with the mentality that there is always a bright side to life, and every problem has a solution.

She has a wonderful, fun-loving attitude, cares about everyone she works with, and is always willing to help out where needed. Tracey welcomes everyone into the office with her wonderful smile and laughter along with just the right amount of professionalism and humour. She patiently and efficiently helps keep our administrative side and accounts payable up to date and functioning smoothly.
