Our ultimate goal is to empower individuals and families to reach their fullest potential... Our programs and services include: emergency food, clothing, budget counseling, asset management, in-house weatherization, home repair, child care referral, and so much more!... Our agency serves the entire county from Neighborhood Center offices in North Tonawanda, Lockport and a number of sites in the City of Niagara Falls.
