She consults companies on choosing the right design guidelines for office spaces and office building landscapes, to match the company's design ID. ​Katja has worked with clients such as Mercator, Sportina, Intersport, Petrol, Big Bang, Lidl, Modiana, NLB Vita, etc. She holds a degree in landscape architecture engineering, issued by the Biotechnology Faculty at the University of Ljubljana.

Louise Mason

Louise is our eLearning and training specialist. Over the past 20 years, she has worked with hundreds of teachers worldwide in expanding their pedagogical repertoire and transforming the learning process for their students. Simultaneously, Louise has focused on creating new flexible and futures-focused eLearning approaches. As a Learning designer, Louise aims for high impact transference of learning into practice, resource development for professional practice and online learning facilitation. Her strongest interest lies in the creation and potential of Labyrinths as tools for experiential learning. Louise's skills in designing the learning process, strong coaching and supervision capabilities make her a go-to player when it comes to creating resources and learning modules that are designed to model best practice and address futures-related issues and trends.

Manja Potočnik

Manja is a specialist for key human resource development in businesses. She spent 5 years developing strategy HR consulting skills at several international HR organizations and is now the owner of KIC. Since 2010, she has been helping various organizations in finding and developing key leaders, professionals and managers. She designs strategical HR projects of comprehensive key employee development, establishes systems of competencies, and consults her partners on key questions of strategic HR themes, Annual Performance Appraisal Interviews, outplacement programmes, and headhunting. She has collaborated with both Slovenian and foreign companies, such as B/S/H, Ecolab, Sava Tires/Goodyear, SC Johnson, Schindler, Sportina, Studio Moderna, Unicredit Bank, BKS bank, Kolektor Group, and more. Manja earned her degree in Sociology and HR Management at the Faculty for Social Sciences in Ljubljana.

Nejc Gornik

Nejc joined the team as a digital producer and takes care of new online, streaming and production tech in marketing and internal communication. He specialises in new technologies and digital content production. He calls himself a people, tech, and internet junkie. During his time of study, he collaborated with Za in Proti - Pro et Contra, where he held a string of debate tournaments. Later, he started running projects at several organisations on the topics of sociology, education, critical thought, and the use of social media, while starting to amass experience as both an animator and a facilitator. He has collaborated on project-based work with Generali, HSE, Helios, Adriatic Slovenica, Talum, ZRC-SAZU, Danfoss, Roche, Deichmann, Atlantic Grupa, and the Slovene Advertising Festival - SOF. As a moderator and facilitator with a Google Educator Level 1 certificate Nejc sets up both online and in-person events as well as facilitates group workshops. He is finishing up his studies in media and communication studies at the Faculty for Social Sciences in Ljubljana and is specialising in the use of social media as a part of everyday communication habits.

Romy Alexandra Solomon

Romy is our international super-star trainer, facilitator and live experience designer. She has delivered nearly 1,000 hours of experiential training to more than 2,300 individuals in 20 countries across 4 continents. A born-and-raised New Yorkan, she adds a cosmopolitan flavour to our facilitators team. Her portfolio includes clients such as Peace Corps (Moldova), Project Potential (India), IELN (Estonia), European Commission's Erasmus+ programmes, etc. ​Romy was awarded a Fulbright research grant in Romania, where she worked with non-governmental organizations to research innovative new methods of human trafficking prevention through experiential learning. Romy has been certified in Experiential Learning by David Kolb, Alice Kolb, and Kay Peterson from the Institute for Experiential Learning in the United States. For her youth work, Romy was awarded a Milli Award in 2016, recognized as a Millennial Under 30 Changing the World. She graduated from the University of Maryland in 2011 where she earned a B.A. in Government and Politics and a minor in International Development and Conflict Management.
