The People who Use Drugs Consortium comprises national, regional, and global network/s of people-who-use-drugs. Together, we represent communities in the regions with the highest estimated population of and highest or emerging HIV prevalence amongst people-who-use drugs. We aim to ensure people-who use-drugs' meaningful involvement in the global, regional, and national-level decision-making forums that affect our lives. Through effective coordination and strategic advocacy, we aim to strengthen the social movement of peopel who use drugs leading to a policy, legislative, and social environment that promotes the health and defends the rights of people who use drugs...
