She enjoys enabling those at the coalface to perform to the best of their ability, grow and love their work.
Elaine has 15 years' experience working as a Marketing Manager and strategist within large and small companies. She has a solid foundation in planning, developing and implementing marketing plans and promotions for short- and long-term campaigns in an effective manner.
Emma has 22 years' experience in the Optometry sector, she understands well the unique challenges facing independent practices having held Dispenser and Practice Manager roles, plus experience working for Optical suppliers and more recently a privately owned Optometry group as a Business Manager.

Janita has extensive financial, commercial and governance experience working in both publicly listed and private companies in a range of industries including animal health, property, funds management, aviation, travel and professional accounting and legal services. Janita's areas of expertise include financial management and treasury, acquisitions, business integration, business strategy, company secretarial and corporate governance. She has worked across a number of companies including Ernst & Young, Flight Centre and National Veterinary Care.
Jason has over 25 years' experience across a number of industry sectors including Retail, Healthcare and Financial Services. Most recently Jason was the CEO & Executive Director of ASX listed retailer Godfreys Group. Prior to this role he held the role of Divisional General Manager Sales & Service with Medibank Private during its IPO on the ASX in 2014. He has gained extensive experience running practice-based healthcare businesses in his role as Managing Director Australia and New Zealand with Hearing Healthcare Company Oticon Australia. Oticon Australia is one of the largest audiology companies in Australia employing over 600 staff across its network of 180 clinics and is part of the Demant Group, a global Hearing Healthcare Company listed on the Danish stock exchange.

Originally from Germany, Michaela moved as a national certified Optician to Australia basing herself in Brisbane in 2016, working in a number of practices across the Brisbane area. The last 3 years she has spent as Practice Manager at Optiko Brisbane City and Fortitude Valley. Now part of our management team, Michaela brings with her extensive knowledge and experience in the independent optometry space.

For the past 11 years Rebecca has been Practice Manager at Insight Optometrist in Indooroopilly. Now joining our Management team, Rebecca brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience across independent optometry. Her expertise extending to optical mechanics and IPL, Rebecca is accomplished in all things optics.
Tomas has over 15 years' experience in the veterinary and healthcare sectors with a focus on value chain synergy and business integration. Most recently, Tomas was the Founder, CEO and Managing Director of National Veterinary Care which he developed and took to listing on the ASX (ASX:NVL) in 2015 with 34 veterinary businesses. Since listing, Tomas grew the business to a thriving market leading organisation of 103 veterinary clinics supported by 5 training facilities and complementary managed services. NVC was acquired by VetPartners in April 2020 at a significant premium to the ASX trading price at the time. Prior to founding NVC, Tomas was the General Manager of Specialty, Emergency, and Pathology for Greencross Vets and has held senior roles with Terry White Management and Mayne Pharma.
