In 2014 we launched Novare CIS ("NCIS") to facilitate the growth of our existing investments products and solutions. NCIS is registered as a management company with the Financial Services Conduct Authority in South Africa to administer collective investment schemes. It was the first management company to launch regulated hedge funds in the South African market in 2016 which is a testament to our continued focus on innovation... We strive to provide value-added service delivery and support to our business partners by offering high-quality products, administration, compliance and risk-management services together with a dedicated client-service function. Our business is managed by a team of experienced individuals... Our portfolio and investor administration and independent trustee services are outsourced to some of the largest service providers in the country, namely the Maitland Group South Africa Limited and Rand Merchant Bank, a division of FirstRand Bank Limited.
