Guy Tullio is President and CEO of OPUS AMDG, Inc. and OPUS AMDG (LUX) Sarl, a Luxembourg-registered limited liability company authorized to issue corporate debt. Both entities provide for the delivery of corporate debt to finance projects globally.
Guy Tullio's background in financial consulting, is complemented by past ownership of commercial lending companies working with some of the largest lenders in the United States. Clients ranged from private entities to institutional investors utilising both private equity and institutional funding to service loans and financing. Corporate clients included Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and Ginnie Mae, whereby Mr. Tulio's companies managed multimillion-dollar portfolios of credit, and loan servicing.
In addition, Guy has consulted with hedge funds to structure a varied menu of transactions in oil and gas, real estate, and asset portfolio transactions. Mr. Tullio has also held securities and insurance licenses, served in the US Navy, and completed his education at Colorado State University.

Based in Denver Colorado, Kirk Ludwick has over thirty-plus years of experience, Kirk's clientele has ranged from small, private early stage start-up companies, to mid-size growth firms, to Fortune 200 companies. His practice includes both domestic and international clients and he mentors and assists foreign companies expanding their footprint to the USA.

Neil currently holds the position of CEO and Founder Partner at Arden Wealth Limited a London based advisory firm as well as several advisory board roles in various companies in Singapore, London and Spain.
Prior to founding Arden Wealth Limited Neil was a 20+ year veteran of the resort development industry and has held Senior VP positions in some of the worlds largest and most successful mixed-use development companies. Neil has managed and overseen development of resort operations in more than 20 countries worldwide.
Thomas Stephens is the Chief Operating Officer at Opus AMDG Inc and its fully owned subsidiary OPUS AMDG LUX.
An MBA Graduate of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Thomas has held senior roles in several large-scale organisations throughout the United States; including Air Methods, Federal Express and Fairweather Group where he successfully led flight and medical operations in one of the World's most challenging environments.
Thomas is a highly skilled Executive having honed various disciplines during his time in the military where he held the distinguished rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the US Air Force and Squadron Commander for the 212 Rescue Squadron of the National Guard in Alaska.
Thomas also holds a Civil engineering degree. Thomas heads up group operations globally and is the link between compliance, investor relations, the advisory board and the business development teams across the globe.
