Brian joins the Onsite team with vast experience as a business owner and operator. He began his career in health working overnights and weekends as an EMT while pursuing his BS at Salem State University. He quickly moved into management in the ambulance service industry eventually joining an entrepreneurial team of investors and operators in 2006 where he led the sales, marketing, customer service and business development efforts of what would become the largest privately owned and operated medical transportation company in New England.
Today, Brian brings his experience and professional relationships developed while serving the hospital, LTC, SNF, and related healthcare organizations in the Northeast. Brian is a results-oriented, patient and care-giver focused team player devoted to improving overall quality and care for our elders.

Radiologist Greg Rose, M.D., Ph.D., has joined Onsite Medical Imaging as its chief medical officer. Rose is the founder of Rays, a teleradiology service recognized by the industry and the market for quality and service. He completed his radiology residency at Baylor University and a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) fellowship at Mayo Clinic. Rose earned a Ph.D. in physics from Texas A&M University, and holds three radiology technology patents. He is also a member of the Imaging Technology News (ITN) editorial advisory board.
Dr. Rose has published research in the fields of solid state theory, laser theory, mammography, teleradiology and magnetic resonance elastography. He was a co-architect of a trademarked distributed-reading platform with a unified worklist and has been in private radiology practice since 1998..

Joseph joins the On-Site Medical Imaging team with over 30 years of operational, sales, marketing, and business development experience. AAMCO has nationally recognized him as the top producer in business development for the Northeast.
As General Manager at Computune, Joseph designed a number Point of Sale processes making the chain more efficient in production, development, and lead generation. Transitioning into health care has been a longtime goal for Joseph.
He states, "My goal is to use my strengths in a way that will help people live better lives, and to help On-Site Medical Imaging in its commitment to be a leading healthcare provider in the Northeast."

Kristen Hores has enjoyed 20+ years of Human Resources management. As graduate of Franklin Pierce University, Kristen began her career working in the HR department for a construction company in Newburyport, MA. Through her career as a HR professional, Kristen has worked in the construction, human services and medical sectors.
As a native Newtonian, she returned to the Newton area in 2016 after residing in New Hampshire for many years.
Michael Armstrong has an extensive background in public accounting. A graduate of Bentley College, he holds the distinction of Certified Public Accountant and has worked at both large and small firms.
Currently, he provides tax and accounting services through his public accounting firm. He is also a licensed stockbroker, and was a principal of stock brokerage company that traded stocks, options, and wrote covered calls and puts.
Scott Grinley has taken a unique path to business leadership. He received his BA from Salem State College and his M.Ed. from Boston College. Longing to start his own business in health care, Scott researched trends within the industry and found that the need for services to come to the patient is imperative.
Feeling that the current standards in mobile imaging could be vastly improved upon, Scott started On-Site Medical Imaging in June of 2006. Since then, he has enjoyed rapid business growth and a reputation for excellence in mobile imaging. Before starting On-Site Medical Imaging, he was the Director of Operations at Henley Enterprises and a franchisee of a leading national chain.
Before his business experience, Mr. Grinley worked for twelve years as an 8th-grade school teacher. Scott credits his experience as a school teacher as his foundation for his success in business.
He states, "To be successful at either one must communicate expectations, set attainable goals and benchmarks, collaborate, celebrate achievement, and above all show as much respect as you intend to get in return."
Currently, Mr. Grinley serves on several boards.
Maria joined Onsite in 2013 and has enjoyed a vast career in finance, bookkeeping, accounting and tax preparation. With a specialty in bookkeeping and financial reporting, Maria has worked in the medical, construction, religious, and large association sectors. She has earned an impeccable reputation for accuracy in the management of general ledgers as well as accounts both payable and receivable.
