Peter Wood

Peter founded Partners in Change in July 2020 after leaving the role of global head of talent processes at Schneider Electric, a multinational provider of energy management and process automation solutions employing 130,000 people across 100 countries. He has more than 30 years' experience in helping organisations to achieve their purpose and strategic objectives through people. He has served as principal in human capital and talent management consulting at Mercer and Willis Towers Watson, as well as holding the role of Asia-Pacific head of OD and talent management at Merck/MSD and MetLife insurance. Originally from the UK, Peter has been based in Asia since 1996. He has also lived and worked in Australia, Africa and France. He has managed HR consulting and change projects in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, Korea, Hong Kong, China and Australia. Peter is an associate fellow and chartered psychologist of the British Psychological Society, holds a master's degree in I/O psychology and an MBA from the London Business School. He has also completed the advanced OD program at Colombia University.
