Poutiri Charitable Trust was established in 1997 to contract and develop Māori Health Providers in the Bay of Plenty region to deliver health and wellbeing services... Today Poutiri delivers hauora services in Te Puke and supports a network of 12 hauora providers throughout the Bay of Plenty from Whakatāne, Opotiki and Murupara in the east, Rotorua in the south through to Te Puke, Tauranga-moana and Matakana Island in the west... Poutiri is an integrated, holistic Wellness Centre to make health, employment & wellness services more affordable & accessible for whānau in the Te Puke region
