Alan Sikarskie - VP

Before joining Quantic, Alan held the position of President at Bureau Veritas, overseeing the company's commodity testing business. He has extensive aerospace and defense experience, leadership roles at Greiner AG, Parker Aerospace, Elbit Systems and GE Aviation. Alan‘s career began in the United States Air Force, where he worked as an avionics specialist, and he continued his service as a Naval Officer in the USN Reserves, designated as an Aerospace Maintenance Duty Officer. Alan holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science in Industrial Technology & Management from Ferris State University, along with an MBA from Western Michigan University. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has completed executive development programs at the University of Texas Austin and University of California Berkeley.

Colin McClennan - VP

Colin began his professional career at Evans more than 20 years ago as a Production Manager and Manufacturing Engineer. He became the company's General Manager after only eight years, and now leads Evans as part of the Quantic family of businesses. An Ohio native, Colin earned his BS in Engineering Management from Miami University.

Cory King

Cory has more than 20 years' experience in the public and private sectors, including three Fortune 100 companies. An attorney and labor relations specialist, Cory has supported employee populations from 10 to 75,000 across multiple industries. Cory holds a BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Pepperdine, and a JD from the University of Oklahoma.

Daniel Teuthorn - VP

Prior to joining Quantic, Daniel held the role of Vice President of Engineering at Teledyne Microwave Solutions, where he was responsible for overall business strategy and the technical roadmap. For five years he held the role of Vice President of Operations at Gener8 Inc, where he led the product development and manufacturing division. He also acted as Vice President of mmW and RF Engineering at Exalt Communications, and held various senior Vice President and General Manager roles at Endwave corporation, overseeing aspects of the business such as Research and Development and Operations. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California Davis, a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University, and a Master of Business Administration from the dual campus Columbia University and University of California Berkley program.

Diane Rothkopf

Before joining Quantic, Diane served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, and before that was Vice President and Director at Vermont Telephone Company. She began her career at Goldman Sachs in the Industrials Investment Banking Group from 2008 to 2012. Diane received her BA cum laude from Harvard and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Jeff Hassannia

Jeff's experience in the aerospace and defense industries spans more than 25 years. He has held leadership positions in engineering, strategy and business development at Northrop Grumman, Honeywell, and Cobham. Jeff is a veteran of the US Air Force and received his BS in Astronautical Engineering from the US Air Force Academy, his MS in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT, and his MBA from UCLA. Jeff sits on the board of directors for S&K Technologies, Inc.

Jessen Wehrwein

Prior to assuming the CMO/CCO role at Quantic, Jessen was Vice President of Communications and Government Affairs at RF & microwave industry leader MACOM. A seasoned technology marketer, he also previously served as Director of Marketing Programs at NXP Semiconductors, and ran strategic worldwide marketing for Analog Devices. Jessen earned his BA at the University of New Hampshire.

Joe Svoboda

Before joining Wenzel, Joe was VP of Sales and Marketing at Criteria Labs, following a 17+ year tenure at National Instruments. At NI, Joe led business development teams in the aerospace, defense and semiconductor industries, focused on RF, microwave and wireless. Joe earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University.

Jon Crowley - VP

Before joining Quantic, Jon served as Vice President for CMG, Inc., providing strategic and financial oversight to CMG portfolio companies. In addition to his time at CMG, Jon has worked with distressed mid-market business delivering turnaround and restructuring advisory services. He holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University, and an MS in Finance from Georgetown University.

Joseph Salsbury - CFO

Joseph joins Quantic with over 20 years of experience in financial leadership roles, where he has added significant value through a balance of financial acumen and strategic thinking. Prior to joining Quantic, Joe held the role of CFO at a number of private equity-backed companies, where he spearheaded operational improvements, enhanced the quality of company data, and helped to execute on acquisition strategy. In early roles, Joe has led global teams with finance, accounting, treasury, tax and audit responsibilities.

Lisa Wilhelm - VP

Prior to her time at Quantic, Lisa served as a Global Account Manager at both TTM Technologies and Viasystems. Previously, she worked as a Chemical Process Engineer at Zycon Corporation. Lisa holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Ross Sealfon - CEO, President

Ross joined Quantic after gaining 10 years of experience at Winchester Interconnect. Most recently, Ross served as President of Winchester, but during his tenure he also held leadership positions that included running the company's RF & Microwave and Hermetic divisions as well as managing Winchester's M&A and Sales & Marketing functions. Prior to Winchester, Ross worked in Corporate Finance with roles at Longroad Asset Management, deVisscher & Co., and Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College, and an MBA from Boston College.
