I am MCIPD qualified and have studied Executive Coaching with Ashridge Business School. My passion and focus has always centred around individual and team development which has led me to be lucky enough to work with cross cultural global teams, including the US, Europe and Asia. I love developing teams and individuals to achieve a positive impact so that everyone learns and benefits from positive results. I also have a high energy for helping individuals with their health and wellness.
