Greg Anderson is the founder of SmartGov LLC, an Information Technology Services Solution Firm, providing strategic IT services and "customized" technology solutions (mobile apps, websites and web portals) He is a University of Illinois - Champaign graduate, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing. He has a background in organizational structure as an entrepreneur, along with experience providing strategic planning for churches, non-profit organizations, state agencies and local unions (AFSCME). Before dedicating his work full-time to SmartGov LLC, Greg has worked in a leadership or executive capacity in the fields of: financial services, construction, small business consulting and mentoring. Greg has a reputation for problem solving, negotiating, fighting for fair employee wages, overtime, equitable treatment and safe work environments on behalf of others; most notably as a Union Steward at the State of Illinois for nearly 6 years. Over the course of his entrepreneurial journey, he has established meaningful relationships and strategic partnerships with the brightest minds and leaders in several industries. He plans to leverage his past experiences to create a network of service providers that will improve the quality of life in healthcare and business through the use of technology. The information technology field is just the next industry to be conquered under the leadership of Greg Anderson.
