At SNAP Financial Access, we believe in promoting the economic health of Spokane County by supporting individuals, families, and small businesses through coaching, education, and loan programs... SNAP focuses on stabilizing our neighbors, providing them with their basic needs, and equipping them to exit poverty. Our Financial Access department focuses on preparing our neighbors to thrive by providing financing and consulting services to entrepreneurs, small business owners, and families. Through loans and consulting, the financial stability team contributes to building new and strengthening existing businesses, creating additional employment, and rehabilitating and creating home ownership.
