Holding a Bachelor of Interior Design from Billy Blue College of Design Sydney, Courtney has a passion for creative arts and always puts the client's vision, aspiration and needs in the forefront of her mind. She's down to earth, generous, and always kind. That's why we all love being around her at the office.
Her experience in various roles within the construction and retail industry over the last few years has allowed her to have a holistic understanding of not only design related works, but also business operations more broadly.
Courtney is an advanced user of various graphic design software including Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, 3DS Max and Adobe Creative suites.
Over the weekend, she's a DJ and plays under a few alter egos at several Sydney and local Canberra clubs.

Cyril comes to SQC Group with 10 years accumulated experience in the Construction Industry with a focus on project management, implementation, and execution of all stages of construction. Cyril is renowned by his colleagues for his collegiate approach, attention to detail and hardworking ethic. His meticulous documentation and project coordination ensures the efficiency of SQC Group design projects ensuring they are built on time and on budget.
What sets Cyril apart is his curious and intuitive approach supported by a warm, friendly demeanour. This enables him to get the best from his colleagues which in turn produces the best outcome for our clients.

Currently completing her Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Canberra, Emily is a keen and quick learner. She is an adaptive and proactive member of the team, always ready to lend a helping hand to both colleagues and clients.
Emily brings strong customer service and client engagement experience to the team through her experience working in retail sector for the last four years. She is also an advanced user of multiple architectural and graphic design softwares including Revit, Vectorworks, Rhino and a range of Adobe Creative suites (InDesign, Photoshop, Ilustrator)
Outside of the office, she loves spending time outdoors, training for her regular horse riding competitions.

Fabian provides high level support to the senior professional team at SQC Group.
He develops and resolves design documentation and co-ordinates input from internal and external contributors.
Lovely and delightful is how her peers describe Jade. This is supported by her consummate professionalism developed from a valuable range of experience including running her own interior design business for many years prior to joining SQC Group.
Jade has a strong interest in environmental design and the use of innovative sustainable materials, and is in her element working through concept design and developing new ideas. She loves to inspire creative thinking and push the boundaries to provide the best and most current design solutions. Jade has developed a complete range of design documentation and project coordination skills whilst working on a variety of projects.
Jade's strengths are further enhanced by her mentoring capabilities, her uplifting personality and her warm and funny manner. She thrives on developing and maintaining close relationships with clients and local suppliers, and is passionate about resolving good design to minimise environmental impact.
By the way, according to her peers Jade is also a great mum.
John is an experienced senior Architect. Graduated with Master of Architecture in 2008, he is a long-serving member of SQC Group with a lot of industry experience behind him.
He has been in a variety of other roles from project startup through design and documentation as well as contract administration.
John is also an experienced BIM manager having used Revit for 14 years.
His quietly confident nature and calm demeanour is a great asset when the pressure is on and his accumulated high level of technical skill makes him a valuable team member, leader and, teacher.
He is known for combining patience, determination, and patience to troubleshoot client issues.
His family values underscore his approach to his clients and he prides himself on a satisfied client.
Lexi has some unique qualities that add extra value to the SQC Group. She is naturally creative and progressive supported by her diverse experience and natural style. These qualities underpin an obvious talent and proficiency for selecting finishes, artworks, and curios that enrich interior spaces.
Further to this, Lexi's ability to engage and collaborate sensitively with clients has particularly endeared her to our aged care and child care clients.
Internally, Lexi is valued as a great team player by her peers and known as the ‘go to' person when you want to get it done.
Our clients and staff are clearly benefiting from Lexi's creative and progressive approach to design.

Linden is currently completing his Bachelor of the Built Environment (Architecture) at the University of Canberra. His calm, approachable demeanour coupled with his enthusiasm and generosity not only put you at ease, but provide the support you need to complete any tasks at hand. Linden has worked on numerous Access projects under our Access Principal including various ACT Housing projects across Canberra.
Having a strong sense of social welfare, he has been involved in many community organisations both professionally and on a voluntary basis. This passion has led him to pursue a career in built environment/ Disability Access consultancy sector. Linden is also an experienced user of various graphic design software including Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative suites.

Scotty recently joined SQC Group as an Access Consultant. He brings to the table solid knowledge of the "as built" environment that he obtained from working in various roles within the construction industry for the last 20+ years, including running his own successful building company for many years.
Scotty's newfound passion in Disability Access Consultancy is driven by his strong desire to help people with mobility limitations. Scotty has also volunteered for a number of humanitarian groups, providing construction and general building advice. This involvement has seen him travelled extensively throughout Australia and internationally, including to USA, Mexico, Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea, Timor Leste, and Indonesia.
