The Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) National Initiatives - Justice for All program - assists state, local, and tribal jurisdictions in reducing crime and improving the functioning of the criminal justice system, specifically through strategic planning to protect rights under the Sixth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. As a part of the Justice for All program, the Center for Justice Innovation (the Center), formerly the Center for Court Innovation, with its partners the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and NPC Research, is providing three different levels of strategic planning technical assistance and training (TTA) to jurisdictions nationwide. Using data and research alongside its TTA, the Center helps local and state jurisdictions increase their capacity to strengthen and uphold Sixth Amendment rights... The Center for Justice Innovation works to create a fair, effective, and humane justice system by providing reformers around the world with the tools..
