Miss Sydney Bush

Sydney Bush was born and raised in Buckhannon, WV. She attended and graduated from both Buckhannon-Upshur High School (class of 2013) and West Virginia Wesleyan College. While at Wesleyan, she studied abroad at Teikyo-Berlin University in Berlin, Germany where she took courses in German History with a World War II focus. In 2017, she earned her Bachelor's Degree in History, specializing in Secondary Education Social Studies. Her teaching career began shortly after and she has remained at St. Pats ever since. In her free time, Miss Bush loves traveling, photography, reading thriller novels, playing with her pups (Charlie & Scarlett), and spending time with her family & friends. She's an avid lover of all things Harry Potter and Halloween. Miss Bush believes that as a teacher, you should cultivate an environment that is safe and promotes the upmost excitement in academia. Our school is filled with the most extraordinarily talented, kindhearted, God-loving students and staff; thus staying at St. Patrick's has been the best decision she has ever made.

Mrs. Darla Oldaker

Mrs. Darla Oldaker was born in Augusta, Georgia, but raised mostly in Buckhannon, West Virginia. She graduated Buckhannon-Upshur High School in 2008 and then went on to earn her degree in education at West Virginia Wesleyan College, where she graduated in May 2012. She began her career as an Assistant Pre-K Teacher at the Child Development Center of Central West Virginia from August 2012 until August 2019. She began teaching at St. Patrick's School in August 2019. Mrs. Oldaker currently resides in Buckhannon with her husband, Quinten, and two cats, Ellie and Autumn. Mrs. Oldaker enjoys spending time with her family/friends, Broadway, music, reading, and growing in her relationship with the Lord.

Mrs. Destiny Burton

Mrs. Destiny Burton was born and raised in Florida and was the oldest of nine kids. She attended Florida State University but transferred midway and graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2016. In the summer of 2019 she, her husband Wyatt, and their 4 cats (Jasmine, Benny, Aria, and Louis) moved from Florida to Weston, West Virginia. In January of 2020 Mrs. Burton was offered the position as the 3rd grade teacher at St. Patrick's School, which she happily accepted. As of the 2020/2021 school year Mrs. Burton is the prekindergarten teacher at St. Patrick's School. In her free time she enjoys traveling with her husband, seeing/talking to her family in Florida, cooking, playing video games, and reading.

Mrs. Lindsey Clevenger

Mrs. Lindsey Clevenger was raised in Weston, WV. She has been a member of St. Patrick Church since her baptism in 1995. She graduated Lewis County High School in 2003 and then went on to earn her degree in Elementary Education and English Education from Glenville State College in 2007. She began teaching kindergarten at St. Patrick School in the fall of 2009. Mrs. Clevenger currently resides in Weston with her husband, Cody, two children, and a rescue pup named Cindy Lou Who. Mrs. Clevenger enjoys spending time with her family, camping, boating, and reading.

Mrs. Susan Moody

Mrs. Susan Moody began her St. Patrick's career as an aide in the Pre-K program in 1998. After leaving that position two years later, she knew that teaching was her passion and made the decision to attend Glenville State College. Susan graduated in 2007 with a degree in Elementary Education and Special Education K-Adult. She was then hired as the 5th grade teacher at St. Patrick's and continued in that position for 4 years until she moved to be the 1st grade teacher. Mrs. Moody resides in Pricetown with her husband, Dan. They have four children and four grandchildren. Mrs. Moody enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, camping, hiking, biking and kayaking.
