As the President of The Bank of San Antonio, Brandi heads our private banking, commercial, and business divisions. Her 22 years in banking are a valuable resource for her team and our clients, who benefit from her skill in maintaining strong relationships with current clients and establishing contact with new ones.
Brandi earned her Master's of Public Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She serves the community Board Member for Texas Public Radio, The Prosthetic Foundation, Say YES, San Antonio Youth Educational Support Foundation and is the Board Chair of the Alamo Community Group. Her passions include affordable housing in the SA Area, supporting local artists, music, and spending time with her husband and three children, Liam, Chloe, and Luca.

As President of Texas Partners Bank, Brent Given is responsible for overseeing all member banks that operate within the Texas Partners Bank network: The Bank of San Antonio, The Bank of Austin and Texas Hill Country Bank. Since 2007 when he founded The Bank of San Antonio (which has since merged with the other banks to form Texas Partners Bank), it has grown from $25 million in assets to more than $2.
Brent has over 35 years of commercial banking experience. Prior to becoming President and CEO of The Bank of San Antonio, Brent was Senior Vice President for a regional bank holding company where his responsibilities also included Chief Operating Officer for San Antonio operations, as well as manager of their commercial banking group. He began his career as an examiner with the Texas Savings and Loan Department.
Brent earned his BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) and is a CPA. His community activities include Chapter Chair of Young President's Organization San Antonio, Chair of the American Heart Association Heart Walk, Board member of North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, Founders Council member of the UTSA Real Estate Finance and Development department and involvement in numerous other Church and nonprofit activities.

As Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Southwest Bancshares, Inc., J. Bruce Bugg, Jr. manages the holding company for Texas Partners Bank, and serves as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Texas Partners Bank. Texas Partners Bank operates under the names of The Bank of San Antonio, The Bank of Austin and Texas Hill Country Bank. Bruce also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Argyle Investment Co., L.L.C., a private investment firm.
In addition to his position as CEO of Texas Partners Bank, Bruce is Chairman of the Texas Transportation Commission, which oversees statewide activities of the Texas Department of Transportation, appointed by Governor Greg Abbott. He is also Chairman and Trustee of The Tobin Endowment, a private charitable foundation, in San Antonio, Texas and Founding Chairman and Co-Founder of the Bexar County Performing Arts Center Foundation, owner of the $205 million Tobin Center for the Performing Arts in San Antonio.
Bruce is a Trustee of the Board of Trustees of the McNay Art Museum, a member of the Board of Directors of the Texas Cultural Trust, and a member of the Board of Directors of The Santa Fe Opera in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and holds Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from Southern Methodist University.

Maggie Ortiz brings 23 years of experience in the commercial lending industry to The Bank.
