My wife and I started getting into real estate a few years ago on a fluke to say the least. We originally were looking for some acreage to build a nice home to start a family in. The realtor we were working with suggested investment properties and we at first laughed it off and he came to us with another proposition on it and we did it, call it a great sell or a whim of luck, but here we are now.
