Graduated from East Anglia University in Law and accounting. He completed his professional examinations and qualified with Grant Thornton.
In 2010 Harpal joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers working in the Audit section at its London Bridge offices and spend two years seconded to PWC in Los Angeles. Harpal specialises in auditing and company accounts.
Is a graduate of the Law Faculty of UCL, University of London. He obtained a distinction in his Legal Practice Course with BPP College London. He has been associated with the Firm for many years providing invaluable accounts, case management system and administration support.
He joined Chhokar & Co as a Trainee Solicitor in 2005 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in June 2007 and worked as an Assistant Solicitor until December 2008 when he was made a Partner.
He works in the Property (Residential and Commercial), Intellectual Property and Corporate and Commercial Departments.
Ola works in the Property (Commercial and Residential) and Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution Departments.

Our Senior Partner is Mr Santokh Singh Chhokar. Originally from Punjab in Northern India, the Chhokar family has been based in Southall for more than 5 decades.
Originally a medical and social sciences graduate from the University of London, Santokh Chhokar completed the Law Society's Post Graduate Diploma in Law in 1991 and the Law Society's Final Examinations in 1992. After completing his two years training he was admitted as a Solicitor in 1994.
Santokh Chhokar is a long standing member of the Solicitors' Family Law Association, and the International Bar association. Apart from his responsibilities as the Senior Partner, he specialises in Property, Immigration and Family matters.
Whilst at University Santokh Chhokar was involved in student union activities. He was elected President of the National Union of Asian Students two years in succession.
He has served as Honorary Treasurer and President of the Middlesex Law Society.
Santokh Chhokar takes an active interest and participates in community affairs. He has served as Chairman of the Trustees of the Sikh Missionary Society (UK) and General Secretary of India Association and the Sikh Forum International. Santokh Chhokar has been a Fellow of the Royal Society since 2005. Santokh Chhokar has acted as legal adviser to various charities and as a governor of several schools.
In 2005 he was elected Councillor of the Gerrards Cross Parish Council, and served on the Licensing, Planning and Finance and General Purposes Committees. In 2007 Santokh Chhokar was elected District Councillor for the Gerrards Cross East and Denham South West ward in the South Bucks District. In 2011 Santokh Chhokar was re-elected as District Councillor and for two years he served as Vice Chairman of South Bucks District Council. In 2013 he was elected Chairman and currently he is serving his second term as Chairman of South Bucks District Council.
In 2014 Santokh Chhokar was elected Deputy Chairman of Beaconsfield Constituency Conservative Association.
Was admitted as a solicitor in July 2011 and joined the Firm in 2011.
Santhosh works as an Assistant Solicitor in the Immigration and Family departments.
Sony works as an Assistant Solicitor in the Property department in our Southall offices.
He was admitted as a solicitor in 2010 and joined the Firm in 2015.
Sony is enrolled as a Member of the Bar Council of Kerala, India and previously practised as an Advocate in Kerala.
Joined the Firm in 2011 as an Administration Assistant. She has responsibility for Reception, Filing, Post and Book-keeping duties. Gurpreet speaks Hindi and Punjabi fluently.
Graduated with her LLB degree in 2008 and obtained her LLM degree in International Commercial Law from Kings College, London the following year. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2011.
Harpreet completed her training with the Firm in 2013. She works in the Wills & Probate and Company & Commercial departments.
Joined the firm in 2006 as an Assistant Solicitor. He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1990 and has practised as a Solicitor and Barrister with leading law firms of Lagos, Nigeria.
He passed the Qualified Lawyers' Transfer Test and was admitted as a Solicitor by the Law Society of England & Wales in 2005.
Completed her training with the Firm and was admitted as a solicitor in February 2010.
Kuldeep works as an Assistant Solicitor in the Family and Immigration departments.
Has been working with Chhokar & Co since its establishment. She is responsible for overall Practice Management Administration and Accounts.
