Whether you are struggling with current issues, past wounding, or seeking to explore deeper purpose or meaning, our practitioners approach your unique needs with care, skill and integrity... Our practices incorporate a variety of healing modalities including body-centered somatic psychotherapy, mindfulness-based therapy, coaching, bodywork, and experiential integration work. Over the last decade our vision has manifested into a thriving holistic center dedicated to healing and inner work. We began as 5 and have since grown to include ten practitioners.
