Andrew J. McMahon is Chief Executive Officer and President of The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (Guardian), leading more than 9,000 colleagues working to inspire well-being™ for 29 million members.
Under Andrew's leadership, Guardian is building on a 160-year-old tradition of putting the needs of customers first while finding new ways to help them achieve physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
Andrew has more than three decades of insurance industry experience, having led several major business segments at AXA US before being named president and board director. Throughout his career, he has led strategic transformation initiatives at AXA, General Electric, and as a partner at McKinsey.
Before joining Guardian in 2017, he invested, launched, and advised several InsurTech companies. He has been granted a patent for an approach using artificial intelligence (AI) for financial risk assessment.
Andrew serves on the boards of the American Council of Life Insurers and Partnership for New York City. He was appointed to the New York State Insurance Advisory Board and is a trustee on the board of Fairfield University.
He previously served on the Board of Directors of Phoenix Life Insurance Companies (PNX), Nassau Re, AXA Financial, and Alliance Bernstein (AB).
Andrew has a Bachelor of Science degree (Computer Science) from Fairfield University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Dean Del Vecchio is Chief Information and Operations Officer at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (Guardian).
In this role, Dean is responsible for defining and implementing a strategic technology vision that is aligned with the Company's long-term growth initiatives and ongoing business objectives. He also leads Enterprise Customer Service and Operations and provides strategic oversight for Guardian's shared services organization in India, as well as Real Estate and Facilities, Physical Security, Office Services and Enterprise Imaging.
Dean has significant leadership experience driving strategic growth using innovative solutions across the finance, healthcare and news media industries. His cross-industry experience helps Guardian think differently about how to leverage technology in order to drive growth and accelerate our digital transformation.
Prior to joining Guardian, Dean was SVP, CIO, and Global Head of IT Shared Services at News Corp. and Dow Jones, where he had responsibility for creating new and distinctive platforms for news and information delivery, as well as leading all application development and technology infrastructure. In addition to the CIO role, he served as the Company's Chief Administrative Officer, accountable for a real estate portfolio of 160 global locations and creating a vision and plan to improve administrative service, delivery and processes.
Dean is a member of the MIB Group Inc. Board of Directors and sits on the Audit Committee and is a member of the NPower Board of Directors and sits on their Nominating Committee. In addition, he is a member of the Amazon Web Services Financial Services Advisory Council, a Board Member for TechPact and for Avēsis LLC, and is Board Chair of ReedGroup. He is also part of McKinsey's Life Insurance and Retirement Technology Executive Roundtable (LARTER).
In addition, Dean is actively engaged with over a dozen other organizations, serving as Director, Board member or Council member.
He earned his M.B.A. with honors from Villanova University.

Jonathan Mayhew is Head of Group Benefits at the Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (Guardian). In this role, Jonathan is charged with advancing Guardian's group benefits strategy, driving business growth across all markets and positioning the company as a trusted partner of choice.
Jonathan is responsible for a wide portfolio of employee group benefit products and services that inspire well-being™ - including dental, vision, life, disability, absence management, mental health (through Spring Health) and supplemental health products such as hospital indemnity insurance and critical illness coverage.
A demonstrated leader with diverse health care experience, Jonathan most recently served as CEO of Ontrak, Inc., a virtual behavioral health company focused on helping individuals with complex, chronic medical conditions access the behavioral health support they need.
Prior to Ontrak, Jonathan was Executive Vice President of Transformation at CVS Health where he had oversight of the portfolio of business transformation initiatives across the enterprise to define CVS as a consumer-centric health care company. He also served as the Senior Vice President for the Aetna Markets organization, where he played a key role in shaping CVS Health's integrated value story while leading the multibillion-dollar business to deliver innovative, customer-focused benefits solutions.
Additionally, Jonathan was a founding Principal, CEO and President of Freedom Disability, a national Social Security Disability Advocacy group. He also held senior leadership roles at Cigna, including Senior Vice President of Product, Marketing and Strategy for the enterprise and President of the Northeast Region.
Jonathan is a board member of Trycycle Data Systems, whose mission is to help clinicians simplify remote data collection for risk analysis and early intervention by pairing technology-based tools with compassionate health protocols. He also served on the boards of AbleTo, a technology-enabled provider of behavioral health care, and Strong Center, a non-profit organization that empowers youth to maximize their talents through athletics and education.

Kevin Molloy is Chief Financial Officer at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (Guardian), In this role, he oversees planning and reporting, tax, capital management, risk management, actuarial, treasury, and banking and ratings agency relationships for the company.
Kevin joined Guardian in 2019 and was appointed CFO after serving as Chief Financial Officer for Guardian's Individual Markets business.
Prior to joining Guardian, he held several leadership positions at AXA, where his career spanned 20 years. He last served as their Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations of AXA Equitable Holdings and also held the role of CFO of AXA Global Life upon initially relocating to Paris, France in 2010. There, he served as Senior Vice President of AXA's Business Support and Development area and shareholder representative for several AXA entities, including AXA Equitable, AXA Life Japan, AXA Investment Managers, and AllianceBernstein.
Earlier in his career, he was an Economist and Corporate Profits Analyst with the United States Department of Commerce's Bureau of Economic Analysis.
He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Connecticut.

Wendy Wahl is Chief Marketing Officer at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (Guardian). In this role, she leads 100+ colleagues to develop high impact marketing solutions that will inspire consumer well-being and drive Guardian's growth.
Wendy brings nearly 30 years of experience across all disciplines of marketing, working in-house and as a consultant for some of the world's largest companies. Prior to joining Guardian, she was Vice President, Commercial Marketing at CVS Health for three years, where she led marketing strategy and implementation for the $23B Commercial Business, including member experience for their 49 million members.
Prior to CVS Health/Aetna, Wendy served in numerous leadership roles at Aetna including Head of Enterprise Marketing, CMO of the Consumer Business, and Head of Marketing for multiple wholly owned B2B companies and joint ventures. She also has an extensive consulting background in the healthcare, insurance, and technology industries as an executive vice president for marketing and advertising stalwarts Omnicom and Publicis.
Wendy serves on the board of directors for Connecticut FoodShare to help support her community. She graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Textual Studies.
