KATZ DENTAL - Key Persons

Laura Katz, DDS, of Katz Dental in Beverly Hills, California is a third-generation dentist who received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles. At USC she volunteered on multiple dental mission trips with the Dental Humanitarian Outreach Program (DHOP), which only enhanced her desire to give back to those with little or no access to dental care. She was also a volunteer at USC's Mobile Clinic where she provided dental care and education to underserved areas in Central and Southern California. Now as a faculty member, she supervises the dental students that provide comprehensive care. She was a Dean's List student and inducted as a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. She enjoys working with people in achieving more confident, better smiles.

Mark Katz, DDS, of Katz Dental in Beverly Hills, California was born and raised in Los Angeles to parents who were also born and raised in LA. While attending University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Dentistry, he served as student president of the Alpha Omega Dental fraternity. After graduating, he remained active in the philanthropic fraternity, ultimately becoming president of the Los Angeles City chapter. He joined his father in practice where they worked together for 23 years. Mark is the proud father of three wonderful children, one of whom is his new dental partner. In addition to practicing dentistry, Mark enjoys cycling, travel, photography, sports and all things music.
